By purchasing, downloading, or viewing any images from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All images available for purchase on this site are the intellectual property of Focus milw/LOSP, and are protected under UK and international copyright laws.

• Purchasing a print or digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership.

• Images may not be copied, reproduced, edited, resold, or distributed in any form without express written permission.

2. Licensing & Usage

Images are offered under the following licences:

• Limited Edition Prints: For personal use and display only. Not for commercial reproduction or publication.

• Digital Downloads (if applicable): Personal use only unless otherwise stated. Commercial or editorial use must be pre-approved and licensed separately.

If you need an extended or commercial licence, please get in touch before placing an order.

3. Orders, Payments & Delivery

• All payments are processed securely through Pixieset’s checkout system.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is complete.

• Delivery times vary by product. Prints are produced to order and typically dispatched within 7–10 business days.

• Digital downloads (if enabled) are available immediately after payment.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and limited nature of photographic prints:

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• In the unlikely event of a printing or delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence, and we’ll sort it out.

5. Image Representation

We make every effort to ensure that the images you receive match the colour, cropping, and quality shown on screen. However, variations may occur due to monitor settings or print processes.

6. Use of Website

You may not attempt to download, scrape, or bypass security settings to access images without purchasing. Misuse of the website will result in legal action and a permanent ban.
